In-Person Registration Form

With our return to in-person worship, new COVID restrictions and measures are in place. We ask that everyone attending in-person register via the form below by Thursday of every week. If you have not pre-registered, please plan to join us in worship through Facebook Live.

 

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before service start times to complete COVID screenings, including temperature checks and symptom screenings.
